Das Projekt dient der Erfassung der handwerklich- motorischen Fähigkeiten, kognitiven, motivatorischen und sozialen Kompetenzen von Gefangenen in Vorbereitung auf die Bildungs- und Arbeitsmaßnahmen in der JVA Torgau. Ziel ist, persönliche und berufliche Perspektiven zu entwickeln. Durch das Projekt können die Teilnehmer gezielt in die Bildungs- und Arbeitsmaßnahmen der JVA integriert werden. Perspektivisch wird so ermöglicht, dass es zu geringerer Fluktuation kommen wird. (German)

The project aims at capturing the artisanal and motor skills, cognitive, motivational and social competences of prisoners in preparation for educational and work activities in the JVA Torgau. The aim is to develop personal and professional perspectives. The project allows participants to be specifically integrated into the educational and work activities of the JVA.
