Das Vorhaben dient der Unterstützung der beschäftigten bzw. in Ausbildung befindlichen Arbeitskräfte bei der Anpassung an den wirtschaftlichen, technologischen sowie gesellschaftlichen Wandel. Dabei werden die größenbedingten Nachteile des KMU ausgeglichen und die berufliche Mobilität der Arbeitskräfte durch die betriebliche Weiterbildung unterstützt. Die Weiterbildung leistet einen Beitrag dazu, die Wettbewerbsfähigkeit des Unternehmens zu erhalten und ggf. zu stärken. (German)

The aim of the project is to help the employed or trained workforce to adapt to economic, technological and societal changes. In doing so, the SME’s economies of scale are compensated for and the occupational mobility of the workforce is supported by continuing vocational training. Further training contributes to maintaining and, where appropriate, strengthening the competitiveness of the enterprise. (English)
