The informal, low-threshold ESF follow-up project “GREENDER_ZEIT!” supports the promotion of education and sustainable employment of people in the socially disadvantaged urban area (city-west). The methodological approach of a start-up laboratory" generates other perspectives for employment, raises the level of education and thus enhances the overall district. The project supports small and medium-sized, public-interest-oriented, active companies, persons and/or organisations to take the hurdles before they start up or become self-employed in order to become more economically independent. In the “ahoj shop” on Görlitzer Landeskronstraße 4, the Gründer:innen and initiatives receive a free workplace, individual support as well as public qualification and exchange formats. Projects of common interest will be set up and space will be given to them for mutual inspiration and support in pursuing their objectives. At least four start-ups (teams) will be supported, trained through training measures and testing their offers. At least 10 stakeholders from the ESF area participate in different training opportunities. In addition, we reach at least 10 companies, organisations, start-up people in the ESF area. Das informelle, niederschwellige ESF-Folgeprojekt “GRÜNDER_ZEIT!“ unterstützt die Förderung von Bildung und nachhaltige Beschäftigung von Menschen im sozial benachteiligten Stadtgebiet (Innenstadt-West). Mit dem methodischen Ansatz eines Gründungslabors” werden andere Perspektiven für Beschäftigung generiert, das Bildungsniveau erhöht und damit das Quartier insgesamt aufgewertet. Das Projekt unterstützt kleine und mittlere, gemeinwohlorientierte, aktiv agierende Unternehmen, Personen bzw. Organisationen, die Hürden vor der Gründung oder Selbstständigkeit zu nehmen, um wirtschaftlich eigenständiger zu werden. Im „ahoj-Laden“ auf der Görlitzer Landeskronstraße 4 erhalten im Rahmen eines Gründungsstipendium die Gründer:innen und Initiativen einen freien Arbeitsplatz, individuelle Begleitung sowie öffentliche Qualifizierungs- und Austauschformate. Es werden gemeinwohlorientierte Projekte aufgebaut und ihnen Platz geboten für gegenseitige Inspiration sowie Unterstützung bei der Verfolgung ihrer Ziele. Mindestens vier Gründungen(-teams) werden unterstützt, durch Qualifizierungsmaßnahmen weitergebildet und ihre Angebote erprobt. Mindestens 10 Akteure aus dem ESF-Gebiet nehmen an unterschiedlichen Qualifizierungsangeboten teil. Zusätzlich erreichen wir mindestens 10 Unternehmen, Organisationen, Gründungsinteressierte im ESF-Gebiet. Diese werden durch Veranstaltungen zum Austausch und zur Vernetzung direkt und indirekt vom Projekt profitieren. (German)
