Ziel des Projektes ist die Berufswahlvorbereitung. Die Schüler werden befähigt, rationale Entscheidungen für einen Erstberuf zu treffen. Durch das individuelle Eingehen auf die Bedürfnisse jedes Einzelnen, z. B. in Form von Einzelgesprächen bildet die individuelle Persönlichkeit der Schüler den Ausgangspunkt und das Ziel aller berufsorientierenden Bildungsprozesse. Das Projekt soll vom 19.08.2019 bis 28.08.2020 mit 76 Schülern durchgeführt werden. Bewerbungstraining, Exkursionen, Unternehmenskontakte, Planspiel und Assessmentcenter sollen den Schülern eine abschließende Sicherheit in ihrer Berufswahl bringen. (German)
