Das Projekt dient der Erfassung der handwerklich- motorischen Fähigkeiten, kognitiven, motivatorischen und sozialen Kompetenzen von Gefangenen in Vorbereitung auf die Bildungs- und Arbeitsmaßnahmen in der JVA Torgau. Ziel ist, persönliche und berufliche Perspektiven zu entwickeln. Durch das Projekt können die Teilnehmer gezielt in die Bildungs- und Arbeitsmaßnahmen der JVA integriert werden. Perspektivisch wird so ermöglicht, dass es zu geringerer Fluktuation kommen wird. (German)
