The innovative character of the project lies in the fact that the Planning-Home by day is co-built with the users and that they are positioned as full actors. On the other hand, it aims to be a place of socialisation, of creation of social bond and of de-stigmatisation through its openness to the outside. It breaks down into a workshop for the recovery and customisation of furniture, decorative objects then exhibited and sold in a shop in the centre of Montluçon, a source of social connection open to all and partner of cultural actions, citizens of the agglomeration. In Montluçon, we started from the desires to create beneficiaries: creations of objects, jewellery, recycled productions. Thus the first workshops were born in a dynamic driven by users. The Aménagerie and co-Accueil de Jour has several specific features, both ecological (recycling, recovery allowing users but also anyone to equip themselves at lower cost with original pieces), artistic (place of creation, access to culture through participation in different events), socio-professional (place of solidarity and living together, workshop and shop open to all, place of exchange and meeting, learning know-how and know-being). The Aménagerie and Co-Accueil de jour is based in Montluçon, in the city centre, its activities mostly take place in the agglomeration and, depending on the opportunities of the action, a departmental dimension can be given. The audiences we send to the action are people present in the Centre for Accommodation and Social Reintegration (users who are not registered in a training course or have no work). The action is also intended more broadly for people benefiting from social minima, guided by local actors (Social Assistants, Local Missions, etc.) and in socio-professional integration. Collaborations with other associations or bodies in the medical, social and associative sector of the territory are carried out with a view to creating links, opening up and de-stigmatisation: partnership with the Penelope Association, the Sictom... Various activities are offered to users through L’Aménagerie: from renovation to sales to participation in outside events (Braderie de Montluçon, Operations of communication with the Sictom...), the beneficiaries find a resource place participating in their social and professional reintegration through the creation of social links. Le caractère innovant du projet réside dans le fait que l'Aménagerie-Accueil de jour est co-construit avec les usagers et qu'ils sont positionnés en tant qu'acteurs à part entière. D'autre part il se veut être un lieu de socialisation, de création de lien social et de dé-stigmatisation par son ouverture sur l'extérieur. Il se décompose en un atelier de récupération et de customisation de meubles, objets décoratifs ensuite exposés et vendus dans une boutique du centre ville de Montluçon, un lieu source de lien social ouvert à tous et partenaire d'actions culturelles, citoyennes de l'agglomération. A Montluçon, nous sommes donc partis des désirs de création des bénéficiaires: créations d'objets, de bijoux, de productions recyclées. Ainsi sont nés les premiers ateliers dans une dynamique portée par les usagers. L'Aménagerie and co-Accueil de Jour revêt plusieurs spécificités à la fois écologique (recyclerie, récupération permettant aux usagers mais aussi à n'importe qui de s'équiper à moindre coût avec des pièces originales), artistique (lieu de création, accès à la culture par la participation à différents événements), socio-professionnelle (lieu de solidarité et de vivre ensemble, atelier et boutique ouverte à tous, lieu d'échange et de rencontre, d'apprentissage de savoirs-faire et savoirs-être). L'Aménagerie and Co-Accueil de jour est basée à Montluçon, en centre ville, ses activités se déroulent majoritairement sur l'agglomération et, selon les opportunités de l'action, une dimension départementale peut être donnée. Les publics que nous adressons vers l'action sont des personnes présentes en Centre d'Hébergement et de Réinsertion Sociale (usagers non inscrits dans une formation ou n'ayant pas de travail). L'action est également plus largement destinée à des personnes bénéficiaires de minimas sociaux, orientées par les acteurs locaux (Assistantes Sociales, Missions Locales, etc.) et en situation d'insertion socio-professionnelle. Des collaborations avec d'autres associations ou organismes du secteur médical, social, associatif du territoire sont réalisées dans un souci de création de liens, d'ouverture et de dé-stigmatisation : partenariat avec l'Association Penelope, le Sictom... Différentes activités sont proposées aux usagers à travers L'Aménagerie : de la rénovation à la vente en passant par la participation à des manifestations extérieures (Braderie de Montluçon, Opérations de communication avec le Sictom...), les bénéficiaires trouvent ainsi un lieu ressource participant à leur réinsertion sociale et professionnelle par le création de liens sociaux.
