Ziel des Vorhabens ist es, benachteiligte Kinder bei der Überwindung ihrer besonderen Lern- und Lebenserschwernisse zu unterstützen. Den Kindern sollen gleiche Bildungschancen ermöglicht werden wie Kindern ohne diese Beeinträchtigungen. Gefördert wird die Beschäftigung von zusätzlichem Personal in Kindertageseinrichtungen mit einem besonders hohen Anteil an Kindern mit besonderen Lern- und Lebenserschwernissen, das die Kinder systematisch und professionell in der kindlichen Entwicklung begleitet und stärkt.
