Ces deux chantiers s'adressent majoritairement à des personnes bénéficiaires des minimas sociaux ou des jeunes suivis par la mission locale, éloignés de l'emploi. _**Le Chantier Ecole Peinture**_ : Ce chantier d'insertion s'organise en 4 axes : _un temps de production_ : le support utilisé pour la réalisation des travaux est la peinture. Les travaux s'inscrivent dans le cadre du programme de rénovation urbaine du quartier de Ménimur à Vannes et répondent à une commande de Vannes Golfe Habitat, bailleur social, suite à un appel d'offre d'insertion _un temps de formation_ en centre de formation, qui prépare les salariés à l'examen de 2 CCP _un temps d'immersion_ en entreprises sous forme de stage (PMSMP) _un temps d'accompagnement socio professionnel_ qui permet la constitution d'un projet individualisé, la mise en relation avec les entreprises, la prise en compte des problèmes périphériques (mobilité, santé, logement). _**Le Chantier Ecole Multi Compétences**_ : L'objectif est de permettre à des personnes qui ne parviennent pas à se fixer sur un domaine professionnel précis, de tester leurs compétences dans les secteurs d'activité du second oeuvre bâtiment (travaux de maçonnerie, menuiserie, couverture, électricité, sanitaire, carrelage) et ainsi de repérer celui qui correspond le mieux à leurs attentes. Le chantier s'inscrit dans le cadre des clauses d'insertion et répond principalement, à des commandes de Vannes Golfe Habitat, de la Ville de Vannes, du CCAS .Comme le chantier école peinture, il s'organise en 4 axes : _un temps de production_ (évaluation des aptitudes, connaissances et capacités pour occuper le poste) _des modules de formation_ pour affiner les compétences acquises sur les chantiers et en développer d'autres _un temps d'immersion en entreprise (PMSMP)_ _un temps_ _d'accompagnement socio professionnel_ : prise en comptes des problèmes périphériques (mobilité, santé, logement).
