L'opération concerne la réhabilitation de l'hôtel ARAWAK situé à la Pointe de la Verdure au Gosier. Il s'agit d'un immeuble de 8 étages composé de 112 chambres, d'une salle de réunion, d'un restaurant auquel s'ajoutent une et un parking. L'idée est de moderniser cette structure austère qui ne répond plus au confort et au standing actuel, en vue d'obtenir un classement 4 étoiles et de créer un espace santé avec pôle médical, centre de remise en forme et spa. Le cout total de l'investissement projeté est de 6 277 866.41 euros. Mais, dans la mesure où le projet est soutenu par d'autres services régionaux pour les investissements relevant de leur axe et mesure (TIC et Énergie), le coût total éligible du projet pour la mesure tourisme est de 5 075 000.73 euros. However, to the extent that the project is supported by other regional services for investments under their axis and measure (ICT and Energy), the total eligible cost of the project for the tourism measure is EUR 5075 000.73.
