A la suite du transfert au Havre de l'Ecole Nationale de la Marine Marchande (devenue Ecole Nationale Supérieure Maritime) en 2015, la Ville de Sainte-Adresse a procédé à l'acquisition du site de l'ancienne école construite en 1957 auprès des Services de France Domaine.Cette acquisition, effectuée par l'EPFN pour le compte de la Ville de Sainte-Adresse, s'inscrit dans un projet global de requalification du Plateau de la Hève initié par la commune et qui s'articule autour de deux axes complémentaires : - la renaturation des espaces situés autour du Cap de la Hève- la requalification (objet de la présente demande) de la friche que constitue l'ancienne école afin de lui donner à l'avenir une vocation résidentielle. Following the transfer to Le Havre of the Ecole Nationale de la Marine Marchande (now Ecole Nationale Supérieure Maritime) in 2015, the City of Sainte-Adresse proceeded with the acquisition of the site of the former school built in 1957 from the Services de France Domaine.This acquisition, carried out by the EPFN on behalf of the City of Sainte-Adresse, is part of a global project for the requalification of the Plateau de la Hève initiated by the municipality and which is structured around two complementary axes: — the resaturation of the spaces around the Cap de la Hève- the requalification (subject matter of the present application) of the waste site which the former school constitutes in order to give it a residential vocation in the future.
