Eine Ausbildungsstelle oder eine Arbeit zu haben ist für junge geflüchtete Menschen ein wesentliches Element der Integration. Im Projekt Ausbildung für Flüchtlinge unterstützen wir die Suche diese Menschen. Wir informieren über den regionalen Ausbildungs- und Arbeitsmarkt, suchen nach entsprechenden Kompetenzen und packen Probleme an. Der Gewinn für die jungen Geflüchteten eine Ausbildung beginnen zu können ist gleichermaßen auch für die Betriebe ein mittel den Fachkräftemangel zu reduzieren. (German)
