Der Beschäftigungspilot (BP) soll durch aufsuchende Arbeit erwerbsfähige Flüchtlinge an den deutschen Ausbildungs- und Arbeitsmarkt heranführen. Dies geschieht durch nachholende Kompetenzerfassung und Vermittlung grundsätzlicher Informationen über den deutschen Arbeitsmarkt. Der BP hat eine Lotsenfunktion bei den ersten Schritten auf dem Weg in Ausbildung, Studium oder Arbeit. Wichtig hierbei ist auch das Netzwerken um maximalen Erfolg zu erreichen. (German)
