Parce que certains métiers d'art ne disposent plus de filière de formation, mais aussi pour la conservation des spécialités de certains professionnels ou encore du patrimoine culturel des entreprises transmises de génération en génération, la Fédération régionale des métiers d'art d'Alsace a mis en place un « Dispositif de transmission de savoir-faire rares et d'excellence ». Le projet s'appuie sur la transmission des savoir-faire par un enseignement direct, délivré à temps plein sur une année renouvelable par un artisan d'art reconnu par la FREMAA, au sein de son propre atelier. La formation débute en septembre pour une durée d'un an renouvelable. En complément, et dans le cadre d'un partenariat avec l'École de Management de Strasbourg, les stagiaires suivent un programme pédagogique en regroupement dans les domaines de l'histoire de l'art, de la création artistique, de la communication, de la gestion, du marketing, etc (150h). Les candidatures sont sélectionnées par le comité directeur de la frémaa puis présentées pour validation à un comité de pilotage composé des partenaires de l'action. (French)

Because some crafts no longer have training courses, but also for the preservation of the specialities of certain professionals or the cultural heritage of companies transferred from generation to generation, the Regional Federation of Art Crafts of Alsace has set up a “System for the transmission of rare know-how and excellence”. The project is based on the transmission of know-how through direct teaching, delivered full-time over a renewable year by an art craftsman recognised by FREMAA, in his own workshop. The training begins in September for a renewable one-year period. In addition, and as part of a partnership with the School of Management in Strasbourg, trainees follow a pedagogical programme in the fields of art history, artistic creation, communication, management, marketing, etc. (150h). Applications are selected by the Frémaa steering committee and submitted for validation to a steering committee composed of the partners of the action. (English)
