Young RSA beneficiaries or young women who are victims of domestic violence, or forced marriages, and other young people will be identified first and then, on a voluntary basis, can be accompanied. During the first interview, the professional socio-integration advisor informs the person about what he/she can provide, and makes an in-depth diagnosis, with a view to marking an integration pathway, or guides all the tools that can inform this diagnosis. The diagnosis is the first phase of the accompaniment, it may be quick or require several meetings. It is never frozen, but enriched by all experiences. Then a reciprocal contract of engagement is drawn up, it is the tool used in the context of the support, the written support of the accompanying process, which will be structured on three axes: * Brake resolution * Development of the professional project * Job search The referee must play a role as facilitator and liaise with the other professionals involved. 6-12 months, renewable according to the needs of the person, it is based on the objectives defined with the beneficiary in the contract by setting milestones; it provides with the person the frequency of meetings or telephone contacts, using the accompanying sheet of the contract. Interviews between the referent and the user must be regular, at least one interview or contact every 15 days, but appointments may be more frequent as required. The referee is responsible for relaunching people who do not come to a scheduled appointment. In order to assess the progress of the action, the joint establishment of objective evaluation criteria, an action plan, allows everyone to have a clear view of the evolution of the situation and gives the person a real position as an actor. This enhanced support therefore requires developing the conditions for the establishment of realistic and relevant objectives, mastering the project methodology that makes it possible to adapt to unforeseen changes in the environment, to provide the person with a constantly updated knowledge of the legislative context and to respect the person in his values, in his aspirations and in his rhythms as long as they remain compatible with professional ethics and to use his knowledge of the networks where necessary. The referee may rely on specialised professionals internal or external to the structure. These professionals provide technical support, either in deepening the diagnosis on a specific point or in the support of the beneficiary to achieve the objectives of the contract. This professional in support may be involved in the preparation and review of the contract. In particular, appointments with CIDFF professionals in areas identified as specific barriers to their integration, psychologist, marital and family counsellor, family mediator, lawyer.... Accompaniment is also enriched by collective actions to solve common problems. These collective actions build on the personal potential of participants, promote solidarity and mutual support, pool responses and allow for new dynamics. In addition to participation in speech groups on health or violence against women, the following workshops will be offered: \- IT \- TRE \- COACHING VERS THE ENTREPRISE The support provided integrates with accompanying techniques, the use of the values of the CIDFF focused on respect and autonomy by: * Attentive listening to requests and needs * Identification of the physical and psychological barriers to working with the person giving rise to internal or external guidance of users * Assistance in the development and implementation of their employment or training projects * Verification of the validity of professional projects which can go through situations in companies through agreed internships.
