Le projet a pour objectif de dynamiser les NEET dans le cadre de leur démarche de recherche d'emploi, principalement dans le cadre des contrats en alternance, en : * leur proposant un coaching adapté * les accompagnant individuellement * les aidant à développer leur réseau professionnel en les mettant au contact d'entreprises et de recruteurs potentiels * les guidant dans leurs démarches de recherche dans le cadre de la mise en place de visites d'entreprises, de centres de formation afin de mieux appréhender les pré requis d'une formation en alternance Le plan d'animation à destination des jeunes NEET s'articulera autour de 6 étapes : a/ Information collective de présentation du SAS de coaching b/ SAS de coaching des jeunes NEET c/ Mobilisation des partenaires d/ Rencontres avec les entreprises et les centres de formation e/ Accompagnement régulier des jeunes en parcours f/ Suivi des jeunes en emploi pendant leur période d'essai (French)
