Dans le cadre de l’accueil de ces publics, les JC de Fleurance (avec l’association Travail et Partage) encadrent les bénéficiaires pendant leur parcours en leur permettant de formaliser un projet professionnel individualisé visant à l’accès à un emploi durable. Cet accompagnement passe d'une part par une mise à l'emploi progressive (temps de production), d'autre part par un accompagnement individualisé (construction et consolidation d'un parcours professionnel). C'est l'ensemble de cet accompagnement qui constitue l'action présentée ici. Pour cela ils sont accompagnés par 2 encadrant techniques (un chef de culture spécialiste de la culture biologique et un encadrant maraîcher) et un travailleur socioprofessionnel pendant toute la durée de leur parcours avec des bilans réguliers. Ce travailleur socioprofessionnel est salarié de l’association « travail et partage » de Auch, il nous est mis à disposition par convention, de plus le directeur participe au suivi socio-professionnel des salariés en insertion. This accompaniment involves, on the one hand, gradual employment (production time) and, on the other hand, individualised support (construction and consolidation of a career path). It is the whole of this accompaniment that constitutes the action presented here. To this end, they are accompanied by 2 technical supervisors (a specialist organic culture manager and a vegetable gardener) and a socio-professional worker for the duration of their journey with regular reviews. This socio-professional worker is an employee of the “Work and Sharing” Association of Auch, it is made available to us by agreement, in addition the director participates in the socio-professional monitoring of employees in integration.
