Our commitment to the integration of young people today leads us to propose under Axis 1 an innovative project for young NEETs: **Pepites** **Emergence of the Potentialities of Initiative, Work and Solidarity Engagement** We propose an innovative approach using non-formal processes to mobilise young people and a method of individual support (a path reference) promoting the transfer of personal skills to the business world. The arrangement of interactive modules will promote the transferability of acquisitions to new contexts and autonomy in the process. The objectives are: * learn both basic knowledge and knowledge to be indispensable to the professional world (onctuality, respect for rules and hierarchy, teamwork) through technical or cultural activities * to establish group dynamics and to provide an open mind and insight into intercultural wealth * train in project methodology through a collective project that develops capacities to explore the environment, the ability to prioritise choice criteria, to seek physical, personal, institutional, economic and also organisational resources and resources (planning, concretisation, negotiation), etc... * accompany immersion in companies to * secure the projects of individuals by confronting them with reality through situations of any kind: internship, forums, professional surveys, project validation committee, job dating, * acting on recruitments, contracting with potential employers a practice that enables us to work towards joint development of skills to recruit and raise needs * fight against the selectivity of recruitment We propose a personalised, individualised and dynamic approach. The duration of the accompaniment is set at 4 months and welcomes young people on a weekly full-time basis. Collective exchange times alternate with individual support times facilitating the co-construction of employment integration strategies and the expression of young people’s life projects. We will designate for young people a single reference person who guarantees the coherence and individualisation of each of the journeys. Based on the identification of these young NEETs eligible for this scheme, in each of the territories concerned we propose to set up groups of 10 to 12 participants who will have formalised and contracted their commitment. The action will be broken down into 6 sessions lasting 4 months per session (17 weeks). The proposed timetable may be negotiated on the basis of identified audiences and targeted locations in the territories. Each session consists of 3 phases: Phase 1: Diagnosis 2 weeks -Phase 2: Emergence of potential 13 weeks -Phase 3: Construction of the project 2 weeks The phases consist of modules defined according to the needs of the beneficiaries: remobilisation, reactivation of basic knowledge, practical knowledge, business environment, collective project, field survey, job search or practical internship **Modelities:** Throughout the course, four modalities will be developed: —Personal support — 1 weekly individual interview — Collective project — 1 day per week for the group -Workshops Insertion through employment — 4 days a week — Development of the common core of knowledge and skills — in Transversal _ Communication to young people:_ _I present to you the **PARCOURS EMERGENCE OF POTENTIALITES OF INTIATIVE, WORK AND SOLIDARY ENGAGEMENT** more commonly referred to as **PEPITES**._ _Why would you tell me?     Notre engagement dans le cadre de l’insertion des jeunes, nous amène aujourd’hui à proposer dans le cadre de l’axe 1 un projet innovant en faveur des jeunes NEET : **PEPITES** **Parcours Emergence des Potentialités d’Initiative, de Travail et d’Engagement Solidaire** Nous proposons une démarche innovante faisant appel à des procédés non formels pour mobiliser les jeunes et une méthode d’accompagnement individuel (un référent de parcours) favorisant le transfert des compétences personnelles vers le monde de l'entreprise. L’agencement de modules interactifs favorisera la transférabilité des acquisitions à de nouveaux contextes et l’autonomie dans les démarches. Les objectifs visés: * apprendre à la fois les savoirs de bases et les savoirs être indispensables au monde professionnel (ponctualité, respect des règles et de la hiérarchie, travail en équipe) à travers des activités techniques ou culturelles * asseoir la dynamique de groupe et apporter une ouverture d'esprit et un éclairage sur la richesse interculturelle * former à la méthodologie de projet à travers un projet collectif qui développe des capacités à explorer l’environnement, l’aptitude à hiérarchiser des critères de choix, à rechercher des moyens et des ressources physiques, personnelles, institutionnelles, économiques et également organisationnelles (planification, concrétisation, négociation), etc… * accompagner l’immersion en entreprise pour * sécuriser les projets des individus en les confrontant au réel par des mises en situation de toute nature : stage, forums, enquêtes professionnelles, comité de validation des projets, job dating, * agir sur les recrutements, en contractualisant avec des employeurs potentiels une pratique permettant d’½uvrer au développement conjoint de la compétence à recruter et à faire émerger les besoins * lutter contre la sélectivité du recrutement Nous proposons une démarche d’accompagnement personnalisé, individualisé et dynamique. La durée de l’accompagnement est fixée à 4 mois et accueille les jeunes sur du temps plein hebdomadaire. Les temps d’échanges collectifs alternent avec les temps d’accompagnement individuels facilitant la co- construction des stratégies d’insertion professionnelle et l’expression des projets de vie des jeunes. Nous désignerons pour les jeunes une personne référente unique garante de la cohérence et de l’individuation de chacun des parcours. A partir d’un repérage de ces jeunes NEET éligibles à ce dispositif, sur chacun des territoires concernés nous proposons de constituer des groupes de 10 à 12 participants qui auront formalisé et contractualisé leur engagement. L’action sera décomposée en 6 sessions d’une durée de 4 mois par session (17 semaines). Le calendrier proposé pourra être négocié en fonction des publics repérés et de lieux ciblés sur les territoires.
