Employees work regularly, together with the socio-professional worker, to prepare for the termination of their contract by working on their career paths, on barriers encountered, on preferences, on job search techniques, on applications and on training offers. Work on resocialisation can sometimes be undertaken. Twenty-nine days of group training or animations were scheduled in 2014. Internal animations: Topics: working as a team, communication saboir, job search techniques, transversal skills... **_Modality of evaluation of the work carried out and partnerships implemented_** The daily presence of the director on the various sites allows to work on problems of absenteeism, conflicts... Evaluations_ (progression of technical skills, know-being, adaptability in the different sectors of the site...) are organised every four months by the team. The “monitoring committees” are moments that allow to exchange between the different partners, of the situation of each employee. Solutions are sought in common, in order to best meet the needs and capacities of employees. The _local agreement with Pôleemploi_ de Vitry le François aims to strengthen support, taking into account the nature of the audience received and the work carried out. Regular meetings between the Employment Department and Vitry Synergic allow to identify and guide those who are furthest away from employment.     **_Les moyens humains :_** L’encadrement technique est assuré par les formateurs techniques ( **Jean-Paul VARLET pour le bâtiment** , Sébastien BLOT pour l’environnement et Merry BALI pour le chantier peinture-décoration. L’accompagnement socioprofessionnel est réalisé par Géraldine WEBER en collaboration avec les différents correspondants des structures partenaires (Circonscription de la Solidarité Départementale, Mission Locale, Pôle emploi…).Les travaux de secrétariat et de comptabilité sont assurés par Nathalie GIRBE, le poste de direction par Loïc CHARLIER. **_Les moyens matériels :_** \- 1 Atelier + 1 magasin le tout pour 120 m2 (Heiltz l’Eveque) \- 2 véhicules 9 places (dont un minibus 4x4), 2 remorques \- Divers matériels (débroussailleuses, tronçonneuses, perceuses, échafaudages, pelles et pioches, groupe électrogène, nettoyeur haute pression, compresseur, raboteuse, broyeur à branches etc.…) \- Trois bureaux équipés, salle de réunion \- Equipement informatique **_Conditions de réalisation des parcours d’insertion sociale et professionnelle :_** Tous les bénéficiaires en Contrats Aidés (CDDI) rencontrent, sous forme d’entretien individuel, l’accompagnatrice socioprofessionnelle, sur un rythme moyen de deux fois tous les mois. (A noter également une rencontre hebdomadaire sur les différents chantiers). L’entretien consiste dans un premier temps à une prise de contact et à effectuer un premier point sur leur situation. Dans un deuxième temps, leur situation personnelle et professionnelle est approfondie par l’intermédiaire de questionnaires de positionnement permettant d’explorer et de préciser des choix professionnels, d’aider à la découverte des motivations et des préférences personnelles et de permettre de préciser les secteurs et les conditions dans lesquels ces salariés souhaiteraient exercer un emploi. Chaque problématique est évoquée plus ou moins rapidement en fonction des prédispositions de chacun à s’exprimer. Une solution est alors recherchée. Les salariés travaillent régulièrement, avec l’accompagnatrice socioprofessionnelle, à la préparation de la sortie de leur contrat par un travail sur leur parcours professionnel, sur les freins rencontrés, sur les préférences, sur les techniques de recherche d’emploi, sur des candidatures et sur les offres de formation. Un travail sur la resocialisation peut parfois être entrepris. Vingt neuf journées de formations collectives ou d'animations ont été programmés en 2014. Formations : CFPPA : espaces verts, passeport informatique) Les animations externes : Thèmes : santé, budget, droits (Carsat, ANPAA, Finances et pédagogie...) Les animations internes : Thèmes : travailler en équipe, saboir communiquer,techniques de recherche d'emploi, compétences transversales... **_Modalité d’évaluation du travail effectué et partenariats mis en oeuvre_** La _présence journalière_ du directeur sur les différents chantiers permet de travailler sur les problèmes d’absentéisme, de conflits… Des _évaluations_ (progression des compétences techniques, savoir-être, adaptabilité sur les différents secteurs du chantier…) sont organisées tous les quatre mois par l’équipe encadrante. Les _comités de suivi_ sont des moments qui permettent d’échanger entre les différents partenaires, de la situation de chaque salarié. Des solutions sont recherchées en commun, de façon à répondre au mieux aux besoins et capacités des salariés. La _convention locale avec Pôle emploi_ de Vitry le François vise à renforcer l’accompagnement, en tenant compte de la nature du public accueilli et des travaux réalisés. Des rencontres régulières entre le Pôle emploi et Vitry Synergic, permettent d’identifier et orienter ceux qui sont le plus éloignés de l’emploi.
