    L’action consiste à accompagner sur un dispositif de professionnalisation et de qualification 12 salariés en insertion de 26 ans et plus, résidants sur Nantes Métropole et relevant du dispositif PLIE. Elle a pour but de confirmer leur orientation dans les secteurs des services à la personne, de les mobiliser sur l’entrée en formation qualifiante en vue de l’obtention du CCP3 du titre Assistante de Vie aux familles. De faciliter leur positionnement et leur retour à l’emploi par un accompagnement socio professionnel individualisé. L’accompagnement sur le dispositif est réalisé dans un cadre contractualisé, une convention de formation, et pour chaque personne du dispositif, un engagement signé dans le cadre de la démarche qualité CEDRE et d’un contrat de travail. Le dispositif s’appuie sur l’action directe de la Conseillère en Insertion Professionnelle Florence PADIOLEAU en étroite collaboration avec la Chargée d’Accompagnement Emploi référente PLIE EST Céline NEDELEC. Il s’articule autour de la mise à disposition de l’outil Association Intermédiaire et la mobilisation des autres partenaires emploi, du réseau Employeur des Services à la personne, de l’organisme de formation sélectionné. Cette action est composée de trois temps en alternance : un temps de formation et de professionnalisation, un temps de mise à disposition, un temps d’accompagnement socio professionnel individualisé. Modalités de mise en ½uvre Dispositif de professionnalisation pour 12 participants âgés de 26 ans et plus comprenant plusieurs phases Phase de sélection de l’organisme de formation \- Envoi de trois appels en janvier 2015 \- Analyse des réponses et sélection définitive de l’organisme de formation selon une grille d’évaluation \- Les points importants en dehors du respect du référentiel du CCP3 : la prise en compte dans la réponse pédagogique de la réalité et de la connaissance de nos publics - la prise en compte de la partie langagière et vocabulaire professionnel - l’adaptation des temps de formation entre 1 à 1j ½ hebdomadaire pour favoriser l’alternance avec les temps de travail - la flexibilité des entrées et sorties permanentes en début de parcours - favoriser les mises en situation pratique dans l’approche pédagogique - le coût horaire \- La durée de la formation entre 6 et 8 mois Phase de communication de l’action \- Une communication sera faite auprès de nos partenaires employeurs des Services à la Personne avec la présentation de l’action, des objectifs et des dates possibles d’information collective SAP \- Mise en place en collaboration étroite, référente Partage44 et PLIE, de la communication du dispositif auprès des différents partenaires emploi , articles de presse, documents diffusésé avec le logo FSE ...
