    Critères administratifs et participatifs. 30 salariés dans le PLIE pour 33586 heures réalisées. Cette opération, qui a pour objectif, d’évaluer et/ou de valider des capacités, des compétences aussi, et d’en produire de nouvelles, vise à améliorer les '’’performances’’ des salariés inscrits dans le dispositif '’PLIE’’, par un accompagnement personnalisé accru. Elle constitue également un outil plus particulièrement adapté à l'accompagnement de la plupart des femmes qui, pour des raisons culturelles ou de trajectoire de vie personnelle (souvent les deux) sont orientées vers les AIPR dans une situation très éloignée des conditions d'un retour rapide vers l'emploi.
