The project proposed by FETE builds on the experience gained during the previous programme co-financed by the national ESF and developed in four regions (Auvergne, Burgundy, Champagne Ardenne, Franche County). A new state of play of professional equality in enterprises in these regions shows a change and disparate situation with regard to agreements signed or not signed. The need for information and support for union delegates remains important. Fete wishes to respond by flexible means between collective meetings, individual support and dedicated website, thus creating a reactive interregional intervention platform. A sustained mobilisation of trade unions on professional equality and a transfer of skills are expected in terms of results on this project. A regional steering group will be responsible for monitoring the programme and its evaluation in each of the regions. It will bring together the Direccte, the Delegations for Women’s Rights, the regional councils involved and the trade unions involved in the programme. (English)
