Voraussichtlich ab Mitte 2019 soll der Opel Grandland X in Eisenach produziert werden. Dieses Modell wird auf einer für die Mitarbeiter neuen Plattform, der EMP2-Plattform gefertigt. Im Zuge der damit verbundenen Anlagen- und Prozessveränderungen muss eine Vielzahl von Mitarbeitern gezielt daraufhin geschult werden. Wir beabsichtigen täglich ca. 130 Mitarbeiter aus verschiedenen Bereichen zu Besonderheiten des neuen Modells zu trainieren. Ziel ist es, allen Mitarbeitern einen umfassenden Überblick des neuen Modells zu geben und die konkreten Montageabläufe und –schritte in den jeweiligen Fertigungsbereichen zu vermitteln. Das Training findet im Januar 2019 statt und wird innerhalb des Werkes Eisenach durchgeführt. (German)
