The Opel Grandland X is expected to be produced in Eisenach from mid-2019. This model is manufactured on a new platform for employees, the EMP2 platform. In the course of the associated plant and process changes, a large number of employees need to be trained accordingly. It is planned to have approximately 35 employees from various sectors trained in the French automotive plant of the new parent group Groupe PSA in Sochaux with regard to the manufacturing processes of the new vehicle platform EMP2. The aim of the project is to enable the employees to produce the new model on the new platform according to the respective subprocesses. In order to achieve this goal, employees will first learn the basic structure and special features of the EMP2 platform as part of the training. This is followed by training sequences for the respective production areas for the construction of the vehicle and its assembly processes. Voraussichtlich ab Mitte 2019 soll der Opel Grandland X in Eisenach produziert werden. Dieses Modell wird auf einer für die Mitarbeiter neuen Plattform, der EMP2-Plattform gefertigt. Im Zuge der damit verbundenen Anlagen- und Prozessveränderungen muss eine Vielzahl von Mitarbeitern gezielt daraufhin geschult werden. Es wird beabsichtigt, ca. 35 Mitarbeiter aus verschiedenen Bereichen im französischen Automobilwerk des neuen Mutterkonzern Groupe PSA in Sochaux hinsichtlich der Fertigungsprozesse der neuen Fahrzeugplattform EMP2 trainieren zu lassen. Ziel des Projektes ist es, die Mitarbeiter zu befähigen, das neue Modell auf der neuen Plattform entsprechend der jeweiligen Teilprozesse herzustellen. Zur Erreichung dieses Ziels lernen die Mitarbeitenden im Rahmen des Trainings zunächst den grundlegenden Aufbau und Besonderheiten der EMP2-Plattform. Daran schließen sich Schulungssequenzen für die jeweiligen Fertigungsbereiche zum Aufbau des Fahrzeugs und dessen Montageprozesse an. Das Training findet vom 08.10. – 31.10.2018 statt und wird in den Räumlichkeiten des PSA Werkes in Sochaux durchgeführt. (German)
