Hinsichtlich des Produktionstarts des Opel Mokka X ab Juni 2019 werden neue schweißtechnische Anlagen mit adaptiver Steuerung angeschafft. Um die sachgemäße Anwendung der innovativen Anlagen sicherzustellen und Sicherheitsrisiken für Arbeiter und Kunden auszuschließen, müssen die Mitarbeiter dazu befähigt werden, mit den Anlagen adäquat umzugehen. Es sollen 8 Mitarbeiter aus dem Bereich Roh- und Gerippebau innerhalb eines zweitägigen Trainings für den Umgang mit adaptiver Schweißtechnik Widerstandsschweißen geschult werden. Das Training findet im November oder Dezember 2017 statt, der genaue Termin wird noch bekannt gegeben. Ziel des Projektes ist es, dass die Mitarbeiter ihr Wissen und ihre Fertigkeiten zur adaptiven Steuerungstechnik beim Widerstandsschweißen erweitern und festigen. Die Mitarbeiter sollen insbesondere in der Anwendung mit spezifischen Fällen der adaptiven Steuerung dazulernen. Es geht dabei darum, Anzeigen und Fehlermeldungen richtig und schnellstmöglich zu deuten können, um korrekt zu reagieren. Neben praxisbezogener Theorie stehen praktische Übungen im Vordergrund, bei denen die Teilnehmer den Umgang mit der Bosch adaptiven Steuerung intensiv verinnerlichen und damit ihre Kompetenzen erweitern.
