Voraussichtlich ab Ende August 2019 soll der Opel Grandland X in Eisenach produziert werden. Dieses Modell wird auf einer für die Mitarbeiter neuen Plattform, der EMP2-Plattform gefertigt. Im Zuge der damit verbundenen Anlagen- und Prozessveränderungen muss eine Vielzahl von Mitarbeitern gezielt daraufhin geschult werden. Wir beabsichtigen fünf Instandhalter aus dem Bereich Roh- und Gerippebau hinsichtlich des Laserbearbeitungssystem AOL3 zu trainieren. Ziel des Projektes ist es, dass die Mitarbeiter Risiken im Anlagenbetrieb frühzeitig erkennen und Maßnahmen zur Verbesserung mangelhafter Prozessergebnisse durchzuführen. (German)
