Dealing with ever-changing legislation, administrative regulations and technical regulations requires permanent learning processes. The public service is very diverse and the demands on employees are constantly increasing. Training and qualification are therefore of particular importance to make the district office Saalfeld-Rudolstadt suitable for the future. We can only respond to the constant challenges of a changing society through concepts of lifelong learning for employees. As the human and financial resources are no longer reduced and the tasks to be carried out are no less, we have to carry out more and more tasks with constant or fewer staff. In order to act in a future-oriented way, we need to work even more efficiently with existing staff. The reason for the measure is demographic change linked to the growing shortage of skilled workers. The seminars are required in order to provide the managers with basic basic knowledge and to train further staff to relieve the burden on management levels and to exchange existing knowledge. Das Landratsamt Saalfeld-Rudolstadt als Arbeitgeber ist auf das Wissen seiner Beschäftigten angewiesen. Der Umgang mit sich ständig änderndem Recht, mit Verwaltungsvorschriften und technischen Regelwerken setzt permanente Lernprozesse voraus. Der öffentliche Dienst ist sehr vielseitig und die Anforderungen an die Beschäftigten steigen ständig. Ausbildung und Qualifizierung sind deshalb von besonderer Bedeutung um das Landratsamt Saalfeld-Rudolstadt tauglich für die Zukunft zu machen. Auf die ständigen Herausforderungen einer sich wandelnden Gesellschaft können wir nur durch Konzepte lebenslangen Lernens für die Beschäftigten reagieren. Da die personellen und finanziellen Ressourcen nicht mehr und die anstehenden Aufgaben nicht weniger werden, müssen wir mit gleich bleibenden oder weniger Personal immer mehr Aufgaben erledigen. Um zukunftsorientiert zu handeln, müssen wir mit dem bestehenden Personal noch effizienter arbeiten. Grund der Maßnahme ist der demographische Wandel verbunden mit dem zunehmenden Fachkräftemangel. Die Seminare sind erforderlich, um den Führungskräften ein grundsätzliches Basiswissen zu vermitteln und zur Entlastung der Führungsebenen weitere Mitarbeiter zu schulen und das vorhandene Wissen auszutauschen.
