Die Maßnahme „Übergangskoordination in Ostthüringen“ versteht sich als ergänzende Maßnahme der schulischen Berufsorientierung und leistet zusätzlich zu den gesetzlichen Aufgaben der Schulen, Agenturen für Arbeit und der Integrationsfachdienste Hilfestellung bei der biografischen Lebensbewältigung durch eine Berufswegeplanung und somit einer zukünftigen Lebensplanung. Die Maßnahme wird im Rahmen eines Trägerverbundes realisiert, dem der Ostthüringer Ausbildungsverbund e. V., die Handwerkskammer für Ostthüringen und die Bildungszentrum Saalfeld GmbH angehören. Die Maßnahme „Übergangskoordination im Losgebiet 2“ wird entsprechend der Kooperationsvereinbarung des Trägerverbunds im Landkreis Saalfeld-Rudolstadt durch die Bildungszentrum Saalfeld GmbH durchgeführt. Förderzeitraum: 01.08.2020 bis 31.07.2021 Ziele: Die Integration jener Schülerinnen und Schüler die individuellen Unterstützungsbedarf im Rahmen ihrer Zukunftsplanung und Begleitung des Übergangs in das Berufs- oder Arbeitsleben haben. Verbesserung der Chancen auf einen gelingenden Übergang in eine berufliche Ausbildung oder eine Beschäftigung im 1. Arbeitsmarkt Zielgruppen: • Schüler mit sonderpädagogischem Gutachten aller Schularten ab Klasse 8, die nicht durch einen Berufseinstiegsbegleiter oder in einem alternativen Förderangebot unterstützt werden, • Schüler von Regelschulen, Gemeinschafts- und Gesamtschulen ab Klasse 8, die sich unsicher in ihrem beruflichen Werdegang sind, nicht von einem Berufseinstiegsbegleiter unterstützt werden und deshalb zusätzliche Hilfe über die Betreuung bzw. Beratung der Agentur für Arbeit hinaus benötigen, • Gymnasiasten ab Klasse 9, die sich nach Praxiserfahrungen unsicher in ihrem beruflichen Werdegang sind und deshalb zusätzliche Hilfe über die Betreuung bzw. Beratung der Agentur für Arbeit hinaus benötigen, • Schüler nichtdeutscher Herkunftssprache (Flüchtlinge bzw. Migranten Kinder von EU-Arbeitnehmern) ab Klasse 8, die nicht bereits in den Zielgruppen (1), (2) und (3) erfasst sind. Umsetzung: • fallbezogene, individuelle Unterstützung und Begleitung der Schüler bei der Berufsorientierung, • Ressourcenorientierte und kultursensible Biographiearbeit, • Ableitung des individuellen Weges zum Beruf/zur Beschäftigung in enger Abstimmung mit den Beratungsfachkräften der Agentur für Arbeit, • Zusammenarbeit/Abstimmung/Kooperation mit Berufs- und Studienberatung, Unternehmen, Institutionen und Bildungsträgern, Kammern, Trägern der Jugendhilfe und anderen Einrichtungen (Beratungsstellen) und weiteren Akteuren/Institutionen/regionalen Netzwerkpartnern der Berufsorientierung und dem Elternhaus (German)

The measure will be implemented as part of a network of sponsors belonging to the Ostthüringer Training Association e. V., the Chamber of Crafts for Eastern Thuringia and the Bildungszentrum Saalfeld GmbH. The measure “Transition Coordination in Lot Area 2” is carried out by the Bildungszentrum Saalfeld GmbH in accordance with the cooperation agreement of the managing association in the district Saalfeld-Rudolstadt. Eligibility period: 01.08.2020 to 31.07.2021 Objectives: The integration of these pupils has the individual support needs as part of their future planning and support for the transition to work or working life. Improving the chances of a successful transition to vocational training or employment in 1. Labour market target groups: • Pupils with special pedagogical assessments of all types of school from class 8 who are not supported by a career entry assistant or through an alternative offer of support, • pupils from regular schools, community schools and general schools above grade 8 who are unsafe in their professional careers are not supported by an entry-level professional assistant and therefore need additional assistance beyond the supervision or advice of the Employment Agency, • High school students from grade 9 onwards, who, according to practical experience, are uncertain in their professional careers and therefore require additional assistance beyond the supervision or advice of the Agency for Work, • pupils of non-German language of origin (refugees and/or migrants children of EU workers) from class 8 who are not already included in the target groups (1), (2) and (3). Implementation: • case-based, individual support and support for pupils in career orientation, • resource-oriented and culturally sensitive biographical work, • derivation of the individual pathway to occupation/employment in close coordination with the consultants of the Employment Agency, • cooperation/vote/cooperation with career and study counselling, companies, institutions and educational institutions, chambers, youth welfare agencies and other institutions (advisory bodies) and other actors/institutions/regional network partners of the occupational orientation and the parental home (English)
