Das Projekt umfasst alle deutschen Seehäfen an Nord- und Ostsee. Es wird gemeinsam von ma-co, dem ZDS, ver.di und SI durchgeführt. Es werden über 250 UN aus allen 5 beteiligten Bundesländern erreicht. Durch die Digitalisierung entstehen neue Qualifikationsanforderungen an die Belegschaften der Seehafenwirtschaft. Zudem entstehen neue Möglichkeiten, über digitalisierte Formen bzw. Mischformen von Weiterbildung Beschäftigten Zugänge zu Weiterbildung zu ermöglichen, die sie bisher nicht hatten. Risiken in Form des Ausschlusses von digitalisierter WB oder der Privatisierung von Lernzeiten und -orten gilt es zu vermeiden. Es werden Schulungen in (teil-)digitalen Formaten entwickelt und angeboten. In den UN werden PE-Strukturen geschaffen, um allen die Teilnahme an WB zu ermöglichen u. Arbeit und Lernen systematisch zu verzahnen. Über eine neue digitale strukturbildende Weiterbildungsplattform Seehäfen werden die Angebote beworben u. der individuelle Zugang zu E-Learning-Tools ermöglicht. (German)

The project covers all German seaports on the North and Baltic Seas. It is carried out jointly by ma-co, the ZDS, ver.di and SI. More than 250 UN from all 5 participating Länder are reached. Digitalisation creates new qualification requirements for the workforce of the seaport industry. In addition, new opportunities are emerging to enable employees to access further training that they have not had so far through digitised forms or hybrid forms of continuing education. Risks in the form of exclusion of digitised WB or privatisation of learning periods and places must be avoided. Training in (partially) digital formats is developed and offered. In the UN, PE structures are created to enable everyone to participate in WB and to systematically integrate work and learning. The offers will be advertised and individual access to e-learning tools will be provided via a new digital structural training platform Seaports. (English)
