(German)

The main focus is on the development of perspectives for long-term unemployed persons eligible for benefits under the Social Code II (SGBII) for sustainable occupational integration into the general labour market with the aim of reducing long-term unemployment. These integration processes aim at attracting targeted employers to employ long-term unemployed women and men. In doing so, their existing skills shortages are recognised and compensated by individual use of the available qualification opportunities. After the start of employment, the participating women and men are intensively supervised as part of the accompanying coaching in order to consolidate their employment relationships in a sustainable manner.
