Im Handlungsfeld 1 werden mit dem "Uhrwerk 4.0" die Quartierszentren (QuarZ) weiterentwickelt zu Plattformen der Stadtteilvernetzung mit verschiedenen auch digitalen Angeboten, der Nachbarschaftsbegegnung, als Motor von Selbsthilfeinitiativen und für individuelle Unterstützungsleistungen zur Teilhabe am Erwerbsleben. Sie sind Bindeglied zu den städtebaulichen Entwicklungsmassnahmen wie der Schaffung öffentlicher Begegnungsräumen (Schwungradmassnahme). Die Stadtteilzeitung "Zifferblatt" wird weiterhin erstellt und bietet durch die Informationen für den Stadtteil die Basis eine noch stärkere Vernetzung und Identifikation mit dem Quartier. Im Bereich der lokalen Ökonomie wird das bestehende Unternehmensnetzwerk für Klein- und Mittelständische Betriebe weiterentwickelt sowie Tauschbörsen angeboten. Daneben wird das Thema Digitalisierung umgesetzt. Neben der Entwicklung eines Online-Auftritts wird eine digitale Landkarte für das Unternehmensnetzwerk entwickelt. (German)
