Der Kurs richtet sich an Asylbewerber, deren Sprachstand dem Niveau A1 des GER entspricht, wobei die rezeptiven und produktiven Fertigkeiten sehr unterschiedlich ausgeprägt sein können. Der Schwerpunkt des Kurses liegt dabei auf dem Sprachunterricht mit 610 UE sowie dem fachtheoretischen Unterricht mit 75 UE (hauptsächlich in den Bereichen PC und Kommunikation) inkl. 3 Betriebsbesichtigungen (18 UE) zum Kennenlernen der Arbeitsorganisation in Deutschland. Für die Sprachprüfung werden 8 UE angesetzt. Aufgrund des noch geringen Sprachniveaus wird eine erfolgreiche Durchführung von Praktika schwer möglich sein. Deshalb wird in diesem Kurs darauf verzichtet. Die Teilnehmer sollen in diesem Kurs ihren Sprach- und Wissensstand ausbauen, um ihre individuellen Fähigkeiten für die Aufnahme eines Jobs (z.B. Minijob, Tätigkeiten im Bereich allgemeine Dienstleistungen, soziale Einrichtungen) oder einer Ausbildung zu erweitern. Außerdem sollen verschiedene Berufsfelder vorgestellt werden, damit die Teilnehmer unter Berücksichtigung ihrer individuellen Fähigkeiten und Fertigkeiten gezielt nach Arbeitsmöglichkeiten suchen können. Der Kurs mit insgesamt 711 UE legt den Schwerpunkt auf die Vermittlung von Grundlagenkenntnissen in Deutsch und zielt mit der potentiellen Option auf einen Anschlusskurs mit vertiefender Berufsorientierung auf die Vermittlung allgemeinsprachlicher und berufssprachlicher Grundlagen mit einer ersten Berufsorientierung. Unter dem Aspekt der Nachhaltigkeit werden dabei insbesondere Strategien zum selbst gesteuerten Lernen vermittelt. Didaktisch orientiert sich der Kurs an handlungs- und teilnehmerorientierten Ansätzen (unterschiedliche Sozialformen, Rollenspiele, Projektunterricht etc.). (German)

Due to the still low level of language, it will be difficult to successfully carry out internships. That is why this course does not apply. The aim of this course is to increase their level of language and knowledge in order to expand their individual skills to take up a job (e.g. mini-job, general services, social institutions) or training. In addition, different occupational fields will be presented so that participants can look specifically for job opportunities, taking into account their individual skills and skills. The course with a total of 711 UE focuses on the teaching of basic knowledge in German and with the potential option is aimed at a follow-up course with an in-depth vocational orientation on the teaching of general and professional language bases with a first career orientation. From the point of view of sustainability, strategies for self-directed learning are taught in particular. The course is based on action- and participant-oriented approaches (different social forms, role-playing, project lessons, etc.). (English)
