Das Projekt richtet sich an Langzeitarbeitslose aus dem Rechtskreis SGBII. Ziel des Projekts ist der Abbau von Langzeitarbeitslosigkeit. Für diese Personengruppe sollen gezielt Arbeitgeber angesprochen und Arbeitsplätze akquiriert werden. Für die Teilnehmenden sollen durch den Abbau von Qualifizierungsdefiziten, die Erhöhung der Mobilität und intensives Einzelcoaching eine nachhaltige Beschäftigungsperspektive geschaffen werden.
