“Leben.Arbeit.Teilhabe im Landkreis Calw” is a cooperation project of Diakonieverbund DORNAHOF and Erlacher HÖHE e. V., Diakonieverband Nördlicher Schwarzwald, Jobcenter Landkreis Calw and Landkreis Calw (Department of Youth Welfare/Department of Social Welfare). The project will be implemented under the ESF model programme Akti(F). Families or single parents can participate with their children living in Calw County. The project is aimed at families or single parents, especially in the SGB II reference, with the aim of creating more poverty-proof income situations. Advice and coaching will improve their life situation and above all support their integration into the labour market. In addition, public transfer funds such as child supplement, BuT, housing allowance, etc. will be made available for participating families or single parents. In a group from the region, participants exchange experiences (e.g. support/assistance, reconciliation of family career, organisation of childcare, opportunities for individual mobility, etc.) and build up their personal network. In addition to working with families and single parents, the project will expand the cross-law cooperation between the district of Calw (Abt. Jugendhilfe/Social Assistance) and the Jobcenter Landkreis Calw. For this purpose, a project group is formed, which meets regularly during the project. These cross-law meetings serve as a forum for information on the progress of the project and the exchange of strategies for the integration of the TN into training and employment, as well as for the concrete offer of free traineeships, apprenticeships and jobs. In compliance with the data protection regulations or by the obligation of confidentiality of the families concerned, joint case meetings are also encouraged in order to support families in a timely, needs-based and targeted manner. Out of the project group, another working group is formed to develop a “social hub” for the district of Calw. The starting point is the needs and needs of the people to be met with this project. Based on this, a kind of prototype for innovative cross-law cooperation will be developed. The aim is to test this model in a practical way in the project. At the level of the participants, this work includes meetings with the participants and representatives of both organisations, information days on the topics of both organisations for participants and their families, and the development of a guide for participants and their families to support/help offers (digital and printed/through the Social Hub) to support participants on appointments in the various organisations and to assist them in filling out documents and applications. „Leben.Arbeit.
