Der Kurs richtet sich an über Deutschkenntnisse verfügende Migrantinnen und Migranten. Er ist konzipiert für das Berufsfeld "Berufsorientierung mit Bewerbungstraining" und soll die Lernenden darin unterstützen berufsspezifische Sprachkenntnisse im schriftlichen und mündlichen Bereich zu erwerben und zunehmend sicher anwenden zu können. Ziel des Kurses ist die Erhöhung der individuellen Vermittlungschancen für den Berufs(wieder)einstieg bzw. ggf. die Möglichkeit der Aufnahme eines Beschäftigungsverhältnisses zu schaffen. Die Planung und Durchführung des Projektes/Kurses erfolgt strikt nach den Fördergrundsätzen des ESF-BAMFProgrammes. Der Schwerpunkt des Kurses liegt dabei auf dem Sprachunterricht mit 590 UE sowie dem Fachunterricht mit 125 UE zzgl. 3 Betriebsbesichtigungen zum Kennenlernen der Arbeitsorganisation in Deutschland.
