A course with different modules is offered. The modules represent competence for specific labour market requirements and cover various fields of work, activities and requirements profiles (e.g. self-presentation, professional orientation, service, dealing with customers, warehouse/logistics, administration, application training, production/manufacturing). They will be carried out depending on the group of participants. Content on labour market-related regional studies, computer lessons and optionally offered mathematics lessons are integrated into exemplary labour market and job-oriented scenarios from different professional environments and developed with key qualifications for (further) education and independent learning according to the language level and learning progress of the participants. The aim is to lead the participants to a job, apprenticeship or further training. The last month of the course is an in-house internship — usually full-time — for professional and linguistic testing. During a weekly repatriation day, concrete experiences in everyday operations are reflected and linguistic questions are addressed. (English)

(German)
