INTERNATIONAL_QUALI4HEALTH unterstützt Einrichtungen aus der Gesundheitswirtschaft, langfristige Personalentwicklungsstrukturen zur Förderung der interkulturellen Diversität einzuführen. Dafür werden verschied. Zielgruppen angesprochen: interkulturelle Teams, ausländ. Fachkräfte u. Führungskräfte. In 3 Einrichtungen wird ein Personalmanagementsystem zur Sicherung der ausländ. Mitarbeiter (AU_MA) u. zur Entwicklung/Förderung von interkulturellen Teams einführt, u. so Diversity im Unternehmen unterstützt/ verankert. Externe und interne Sozialpartner werden dafür mit einbezogen. Das Projekt hat 3 Hauptziele:1)Erhöhung des Sicherheits-, Zufriedenheits- u. Effizienzgrades der AU-MA im Job 2) Verbesserung der Zusammenarbeit von interkulturellen Teams bzw. die Erhöhung des Sicherheit-, Zufriedenheits- & Effizienzgrades von interkulturellen Teams 3) Gestaltung von Tools zur nachhaltigen Projektsicherung im Betrieb (Dokumentation, interkultureller Projektlotsen, Mentoring Programm). The project has 3 main objectives: 1)Increasing the level of safety, satisfaction and efficiency of AU-MA in the job 2) Improving the collaboration of intercultural teams or increasing the level of security, satisfaction and efficiency of intercultural teams 3) Designing tools for sustainable project assurance in the company (documentation, intercultural project controllers, mentoring program).
