High recruitment pressure at new openings in the retail sector leads to recruitment (approximately 50 % from unemployment/re-entry) of many unskilled and trained sellers, who then have to fulfil managerial responsibilities with little professional experience. They're not qualified for that. The project will establish exemplary human resources development structures at the large retail company Primark that will help managers complete their role, provide support and feedback to employees and thus reduce stress-related burdens on employees. At three “hotspots” (Essen, Mannheim, Berlin), managers from all branches will be brought together and training concepts on communication, conflict management, self-time management and leadership will be implemented and established. In addition, selected executives are permanently qualified for the continuation of the training concepts through the train-the-trainer concept. (English)

(German)

They're not qualified for that. The project will establish exemplary human resources development structures at the large retail company Primark that will help managers complete their role, provide support and feedback to employees and thus reduce stress-related burdens on employees. At three “hotspots” (Essen, Mannheim, Berlin), managers from all branches will be brought together and training concepts on communication, conflict management, self-time management and leadership will be implemented and established.
