The vocational support for German as a second language/ESF-BAMF has as its overarching objective the improvement of professional ability to act or integration into the labour and training market. In this respect, vocational German skills (communicative, written and oral competences) as well as industry-specific specialist knowledge and knowledge of the German labour market are taught, which, in conjunction with a 4-week internship, is intended to increase the placement opportunities of the heterogeneous participants. In addition to the 730 UE, the participants are offered a social pedagogical support (max. 450 UE), which also organises the planned company visits. Die berufsbezogene Förderung für Deutsch als Zweitsprache/ESF-BAMF verfolgt als übergeordnetes Ziel die Verbesserung der beruflichen Handlungsfähigkeit bzw. Integration in den Arbeits- und Ausbildungsmarkt. Diesbezüglich werden berufsbezogene Deutschkenntnisse(kommunikative, schriftliche und mündliche Kompetenzen) sowie branchenspezifische Fachkenntnisse und Kenntnissen über den deutschen Arbeitsmarkt vermittelt, die in Verbindung mit einem 4-wöchigen Praktikum die Vermittlungschancen der heterogen Teilnehmenden erhöhen soll. Neben den 730 UE wird den Teilnehmenden eine sozialpädagogische Betreuung (max. 450 UE) angeboten, die ebenfalls die geplanten Betriebsbesichtigungen organisiert. Zum Abschluss des Kurses wird ebenfalls eine Sprachprüfung anvisiert. (German)
