Projektziel ist die Integration von Asylsuchenden und Geflüchteten in Ausbildung, Beschäftigung oder schulische Bildung. Für 2021 steht vermehrt die Unterstützung beim Übergang in Ausbildung/Beschäftigung im Vordergrund. Stattgefundene Integrationsprozesse (Spracherwerb, Qualifikationsanerkennungen usw.) gelten stabilisiert und durch berufliche Qualifizierungen ergänzt zu werden. - ganzheitliche Integrationsberatung, Stabilisierung, Begleitung und Vermittlung, - die Nachbetreuung bereits vermittelter TLN - die Integrationsberatung nachgezogener oder ausgeschulter Familienangehöriger. - Institutionellen Schulungs- und Beratungsangebote des Projekts (Agenturen, JobCenter) sind aufgrund der veränderten Gesetzlage von gesteigertem Interesse. Schulungen auf betrieblicher Ebene (Interessenvertretungen, Personalverantwortliche usw.) werden insbesondere in den Fokus genommen, um hier die Integrationsbereitschaft und diesbezügliche Unterstützung anzubieten.
