Weiterbildungsinhalte in innovativen Formaten durch, die die individuellen Lebenssituationen berücksichtigen. Zur Sicherstellung der zielorientierten Umsetzung ist die Entwicklungsberatung Teil eines strukturierten, ganzheitl., lebensphasenorientierten PE-Konzepts mit Fokussierung auf Qualifizierungsplanung. Durch Maßn. der Öffentlichkeitsarbeit unter Einbeziehung der Sozialpartner und weiterer Netzwerkpartner werden wir die Verbreitung der Projektergebnisse und den Transfer der entwickelten Modelle in andere Unternehmen und Regionen vorantreiben.
