Zwei Unternehmen (U.) der Behindertenhilfe in der Region Nord-West-Nds mit Handlungsdruck aufgrund der Fachkräfteengpässe u. neuer Anforderungen müssen Veränderungsprozesse umgehend angehen, die der Anpassung der Personal- u. Organisationsstrukturen bedürfen. Im Verbund wird eine Organisationsmatrix erstellt, welche u.a. durch Abbildung aller Stellen, Aufgaben, Qualifikationen etc. die Basis für die weiteren Projektvorhaben stellt. Die MAI der U. werden im Rahmen des Veränderungsprozesses qualifiziert. In Teilprojekten werden die OE u. PE- Maßnahmen umgesetzt. In der LH werden Strategien der Nachwuchssicherung durch Einstiegsmanagement ergriffen. Im „Pilotbereich Wohnen“ wird der Veränderungsprozess beteiligungsorientiert durchgeführt. In der obw wird das Leitbild beteiligungsorientiert weiterentwickelt u. der Wissenstransfer u. Nachwuchskräftebindung gesichert. Die Partner tauschen sich ständig aus u. transferieren Ergebnisse u.a. in ihrer Gremien und im regionalen Branchendialog. (German)

The OE and PE measures are implemented in sub-projects. In the LH, strategies for securing young talent are adopted through entry-level management. In the “Pilot Area Housing” the change process is carried out in a participation-oriented manner. In the obw, the mission statement is further developed in terms of participation-oriented development, knowledge transfer and junior staff retention. The partners constantly exchange results, among others, in their forums and in the regional industry dialogue. (English)
