Ziel ist es, in der Diözese Freiburg die digitale Transformation in die Arbeitswelt 4.0 an 8 Projektstandorten zu entwickeln und zu starten. Die Caritasorganisationen setzen in ihrem Kontext Projekte der Digitalisierung um. Projektverantwortliche werden als Multiplikatoren eingesetzt und mit Fortbildungsangeboten unterstützt. Sie setzen die digitale Transformation vor Ort um und begleiten die Führungskräfte und Mitarbeitenden bei der Gestaltung der sich verändernden Arbeitsumgebung. Dabei werden die technischen und organisatorischen Herausforderungen in den Fokus genommen und die Befähigung der Mitarbeitenden gestärkt, sowie die Veränderungen der Rollen der Führungskräfte in Workshops bearbeitet und reflektiert. Zudem werden verbandsweite Vernetzungs- und Strategieveranstaltungen mit der Fragestellung, wie digitale Transformation im sozialen Sektor innovativ gestaltet werden kann, durchgeführt. Das Projekt wird durch digitale Plattformen und Kanäle begleitet und unterstützt. (German)
