The planning and implementation of the project “Professional orientation and reorientation” is carried out strictly in accordance with the funding principles of the ESF-BAMF programme. The project focuses on improving the individual language level of participants in all 4 strands of the Common European Framework of Reference, as well as the acquisition and consolidation of professional vocabulary. The aim of this course is to increase their level of language and knowledge in order to develop and develop their individual skills for gainful employment, training or freelance employment. For this reason, the objectives of independent and time-optimised handling of the PC and application training are to be mentioned in specialist teaching. The 4-week internship offers participants an insight into everyday work and possibly the entry into the German labour market. Participants should be actively involved in this process. Die Planung und Durchführung des Projektes „Berufsorientierung und Neuorientierung“ erfolgt strikt nach den Fördergrundsätzen des ESF-BAMF-Programmes. Im Mittelpunkt des Projektes steht die Verbesserung des individuellen Sprachniveaus der Teilnehmerinnen und Teilnehmern in allen 4 Teilbereichen des Gemeinsamen Europäischen Referenzrahmens sowie der Erwerb und die Festigung beruflichen Vokabulars. Die Teilnehmer sollen in diesem Kurs ihren Sprach- und Wissensstand ausbauen, um ihre individuellen Fähigkeiten für die Aufnahme einer Erwerbstätigkeit, einer Ausbildung oder für eine freiberufliche Beschäftigung zu entwickeln und auszubauen. Deshalb sind im Fachunterricht vor allem als Ziele der eigenständige und zeitoptimierte Umgang mit dem PC und das Bewerbungstraining zu nennen. Das 4-wöchige Praktikum bietet den Teilnehmerinnen und Teilnehmern einen Einblick in den Arbeitsalltag und evtl. den Einstieg auf dem deutschen Arbeitsmarkt. Dabei sollten sich die Teilnehmer und Teilnehmerinnen aktiv einbringen. (German)
