Unterstadt und Neckarstadt West Zugewanderte aus Bulgarien und Rumänien werden auf Basis einer systemisch angelegten Beratung längerfristig begleitet und ganzheitl. unterstützt. Ziel ist eine nachhaltige Integration in den Arbeitsmarkt bei verbesserter soz. Teilhabe. Die Projektpartner Jobcenter Mannheim und BIOTOPIA erarbeiten dafür mit den Teilnehmenden individuelle Strategien. Dies geschieht durch den Ausbau persönlicher Kompetenzen (Verbesserung der Sprachkompetenz, Mobilität, digitale Kompetenzen), die Einrichtung eines Treffs für Arbeit und Qualifizierung (TAQ) und einer Stadtteilwerkstatt zur berufl. Qualifizierung sowie den Aufbau von Netzwerken mit Hilfe der zahlr. Kooperationspartner (Beratungsstelle Faire Mobilität, Gewerkschaften, Quartiermanagement). Gemeinschaftliche Projekte im Stadtteil dienen der soz. Integration. Ein digitales Angebot verknüpft alle Projektbausteine. (German)
