It is designed for the field of learning “paths to work” and is intended to enable learners to apply more and more professional vocabulary, with the aim of increasing the chances of individual placement for starting an education, study, further education and/or re-entry into the profession. The planning and implementation of the project/course is strictly based on the funding principles of the ESF-BAMF programme. The main focus of the course is on language teaching with 462 UE as well as specialist teaching, in the area of PC lessons with 84 UE incl. 3 company visits to get to know the work organisation in Germany. Since the course is aimed at participants who have already gained first professional experience in Germany, have the prospect of starting a course of study or training or have been able to complete internships, this course refrains from carrying out a four-week internship. On the contrary, participants should be given the opportunity to develop their professional language skills as comprehensively as possible in order to achieve their career start as long as possible in the long term. By means of such a thematic orientation of language teaching, pathways into the profession are to be identified and, if necessary, implemented. (English)

    Der Kurs richtet sich an über Deutschkenntnisse verfügende Migrantinnen und Migranten mit Leistungsbezug. Er ist konzipiert für das Lernfeld "Wege in den Beruf" und soll die Lernenden befähigen Fachvokabular zunehmend sicher anwenden zu können, mit dem Ziel dadurch die individuellen Vermittlungschancen für die Aufnahme einer Ausbildung, eines Studiums, einer Weiterbildung bzw. den Berufs(wieder)einstieg zu erhöhen. Die Planung und Durchführung des Projektes/Kurses erfolgt strikt nach den Fördergrundsätzen des ESF-BAMF-Programmes. Der Schwerpunkt des Kurses liegt dabei auf dem Sprachunterricht mit 462 UE sowie dem Fachunterricht, im Bereich PC-Unterricht mit 84 UE inkl. 3 Betriebsbesichtigungen zum Kennenlernen der Arbeitsorganisation in Deutschland. Da sich der Kurs an Teilnehmer richtet, die bereits erste Berufserfahrungen in Deutschland sammeln, Aussicht auf die Aufnahme eines Studiums bzw. einer Ausbildung haben oder Praktika absolvieren konnten, wird in diesem Kurs auf die Durchführung eines vierwöchigen Betriebspraktikums verzichtet. Vielmehr soll den Teilnehmenden die Möglichkeit gegeben werden, ihre berufssprachlichen Kenntnisse möglichst allumfassend weiterzuentwickeln, um den Berufseinstieg perspektivisch möglichst dauerhaft zu erreichen. Mittels einer so gearteten thematischen Ausrichtung auch des Sprachunterrichts, sollen Wege in den Beruf aufgezeigt und gegebenenfalls umgesetzt werden. (German)
