Due to the heterogeneous participant composition of people with a migrant background, regarding the different starting occupations or previous professional experience of migrants, we keep some occupational areas open. The district HEF-ROF (FD-Mig)) wishes to carry out the project as a “vocational orientation” and to organise the teaching in such a way that the occupational fields and/or occupational areas are presented to all migrants in the group and the participants can then select themselves according to their inclinations, aptitudes and possibly previous knowledge in individual occupational areas. In the further course of the project, the group will then be divided into small groups (a total of 42 units of instruction differentiation) according to the occupational areas in order to convey the corresponding job-specific content, which are relevant for taking up work in the corresponding occupational field. For example, the 2 occupational small groups are formed, for the professions Commercial/Sales, HoGa (kitchen/service/housekeeping). Furthermore, migrants should be informed or learn to behave properly in the workplace in order to meet the basic requirements of the German labour market in order to be able to survive there. Auf Grund der heterogenen Teilnehmerzusammensetzung von Menschen mit Migrationshintergrund, betreffend die verschiedenen Ausgangsberufe bzw. beruflichen Vorerfahrungen der Migranten/-innen halten wir einige Berufsbereiche offen. Der Kreis HEF-ROF (FD-Mig)) wünscht das Projekt als „berufliche Orientierung“ durchzuführen und den Unterricht so zu gestalten, dass die Berufsfelder bzw. Berufsbereiche allen Migranten/-innen in der Gruppe vorgestellt werden und sich die Teilnehmenden dann nach ihren Neigungen, Eignungen und evtl. Vorkenntnissen in einzelne Berufsbereiche einwählen können. Im weiteren Verlauf des Projektes soll die Gruppe dann in Kleingruppen (insgesamt 42 Unterrichtseinheiten Differenzierung), entsprechend der Berufsbereiche eingeteilt werden um die entsprechenden berufsspezifischen Inhalte zu vermitteln, welche für eine Tätigkeitsaufnahme im entsprechenden Berufsbereich relevant sind. So werden dann die 2 berufsspezifischen Kleingruppen gebildet, für die Berufsbereiche Kaufmännisch/Verkauf, HoGa (Küche/Service/Hauswirtschaft). Weiterhin sollen die Migranten/-innen darauf hingewiesen werden, bzw. sie sollen lernen, sich richtig am Arbeitsplatz zu verhalten, um die Grundvoraussetzungen am deutschen Arbeitsmarkt zu erfüllen, um dort bestehen zu können.
