Aus den Projekten AEKO, AGAP, Dialogs, Dialogs plus und WELCOME im Altenpflegebereich werden Ansätze und Produkte identifiziert und aufbereitet die zur Fachkräftesicherung in der Altenpflege für den Transfer geeignet sind: - Gendersensible und alternsgerechte Arbeitsgestaltungskompetenz - Personalentwicklung und Diversity Management - Gestaltungskompetenz für die Digitalisierung in der Altenpflege Es werden sozialpartnerschaftliche Transferkonzepte entwickelt und regional in NRW, Hessen, Niedersachsen und Berlin umgesetzt. Hierzu gehören Transferworkshops, –qualifizierungen und regionale Transferforen, in denen besonders die transferförderlichen Faktoren sowohl betrieblich und überbetrieblich vermittelt werden. Zum Projektkonsortium gehören BiG als Konsortialführung, Institut Arbeit und Technik, bfw maxQ, Bildungswerk verdi Niedersachsen, der Bundesverband kommunaler Senioreneinrichtungen BKSB (intermediäre Organisation Arbeitgeber) und die Gewerkschaft verdi. From the projects AEKO, AGAP, Dialog, Dialog plus and WELCOME in the field of care for the elderly, approaches and products are identified and processed which are suitable for the transfer of skilled workers in the care of the elderly: — Gender-sensitive and age-appropriate work design competence — Human Resources Development and Diversity Management — Design competence for digitalisation in the care of the elderly The social partnership transfer concepts are developed and implemented regionally in NRW, Hesse, Lower Saxony and Berlin. This includes transfer workshops, qualifications and regional transfer forums, in which the transfer-enhancing factors are conveyed both on a company- and inter-company basis. The project consortium includes BiG as consortium management, Institute of Labour and Technology, bfw MAXQ, Bildungswerk verdi Niedersachsen, the Federal Association of Municipal Senior Institutions BkSb (intermediate organisation Employers) and the trade union verdi.
