C plus A - Chance plus Arbeit C plus A soll langzeitarbeitslosen Kundinnen und Kunden (gem. den Förderrichtlinien) helfen, wieder auf dem ersten Arbeitsmarkt Fuß zu fassen, und das am besten nachhaltig. Ziel soll ein eigenbestimmtes Leben, ausserhalb der Hilfebedürftigkeit sein. Durch das gezielte Zusammenwirken aller beteiligten Akteure, vom BAQ über den Coach mit der/dem Kundin/en und dem Arbeitgeber, sollen hierfür optimale Bedingungen für die genannte Zielerreichung geschaffen werden. Hierzu zählt die passgenaue Stellenakquise und die Beratung des Arbeitgebers, die Begleitung der Kunden durch den Coach zur Stabilisierung und auch Qualifizierungen. (German)
