The implementation of the BAMF’s professional language courses in the past funding period has shown us a great need for these specialists and assistants. In the city of Cottbus, the Carl-Thiem-Klinikum is one of the largest clinics in the state of Brandenburg with a need for nurses in various clinic areas, employees in the service area and in-house “Hol- & Bringedienst”. In addition, the “SANA-Herzklink” is located in Cottbus. The eight nursing and elderly homes, the city hospice and the outpatient and inpatient care services that exist in the city of Cottbus have a great demand for labour. All these companies in the “health care industry” are our potential partners in a career-related promotion — German as a second language. Die Arbeitsmarktanalysen der Agentur für Arbeit und der JobCenter im Fördergebiet ergeben einen großen Bedarf sowohl an männlichen und weiblichen Fachkräften, als auch an geschulten Hilfskräften in den Branchen Altenpflege, Altenpflegehelfer, Gesundheits- & Krankenpfleger und an Pflegekräften im Bereich der allgemeinen stationären und ambulanten Pflege. Die Durchführung der berufsbezogenen Sprachkurse des BAMF in der vergangenen Förderperiode hat uns einen großen Bedarf dieser Fach- und Hilfskräfte aufgezeigt. In der Stadt Cottbus gibt es mit dem Carl-Thiem-Klinikum eine der größten Kliniken des Landes Brandenburg mit einem Bedarf an Krankenpflegern in verschiedenen Klinikbereichen, Mitarbeitern im Servicebereich und im innerbetrieblichen „Hol- & Bringedienst“. Weiterhin ist in Cottbus die „SANA-Herzklink“ ansässig. Einen großen Arbeitskräftebedarf haben die acht Altenpflege- und Seniorenheime, das Stadthospiz und die ambulanten und stationären Pflegedienste, die es in der Stadt Cottbus gibt. Alle diese Unternehmen der „Gesundheits- & Pflegebranche“ sind unsere potentiellen Partner in einer berufsbezogenen Förderung – Deutsch als Zweitsprache.
