Das Projekt erfolgt in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Jobcenter Nürnberg (Projekt MAG) sowie Telekom – Bereich Technik. Die Teilnehmer befinden sich ab dem 06.02.17 bis einschließlich 31.07.17 bei Telekom. Hier erfolgt in den ersten drei Monaten eine theoretische Qualifizierung, ab dem 01.05.17 befinden sich die TN im Praktikum. Es ist seitens der Telekom geplant, die TN nach dem Praktikum in ein festes Arbeitsverhältnis im Bereich Produktion/Montage in der Netzwerktechnik zu übernehmen. Während des gesamten Projektzeitraumes 06.02.17 bis 31.07.17 erhalten die TN eine sprachliche berufsbezogene Qualifizierung bei der DAA, wöchentlich am Donnerstag ab 13:30 Uhr bis 17:15 Uhr (5 UE) und Freitag von 08:30 Uhr bis 14:30 Uhr (7 UE)) (German)
